What is National Boss Day?

On October 16,1958, American secretary Patricia Bays Haroski has declared that 'National Boss day' or known as Boss's day or Bosses Day, The day she picked to commemorate and appreciate her boss. That day also happened to her father's birthday - and Haroski worked for him.

Till now, It is still being celebrate in United States as a symbol and a time for many employees to appreciate and commemorate of their fantastic boss.
